I'm currently a full-time employee with one of the big bay area tech companies and fortunate enough to make a decent salary. I want to start doing something fruitful with my extra dollars. My end-goal is to match my current salary in passive income from rental properties to open up different working options in my life. I have no personal experience in real estate yet, however, a lot of family member do. I have overheard and seen quite a bit of lingo and successes. I have started my real-estate journey buy reading a couple books and listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast. This Bigger Pockets site is a next step in my learning phase.
