I'm from WV and joined the military through US Naval Academy. I'm working on serving a career in the Navy as a pilot. I have a family of 5 and am actively building up my portfolio to establish steady streams of income. Experience: Been a landlord of a few properties in FL and MD as I've moved around. Doing SFR, buy and hold, passive income. Made the move to multi family and now own and operate Mobile Home Parks. Looking to add additional MHPs to portfolio. Real Estate Goals: Increase the number of buy and hold properties during my military career and then transition over to a real estate profession to buy multifamily properties to sustain myself and set my family up for early retirement and legacy wealth. Currently Seeking: Actively analyzing small-medium sized Manufactured Housing Community, aka Mobile Home Park, mostly throughout the Mid-Atlantic region but also MD DE VA WV PA NC SC AL GA CO UT. Have personal capital, equity partners, and ready to go. Interested in joining local meetings for real estate groups and possibly working with partners.
