After 15 years as a top 1% commercial real estate broker, I transitioned into commercial real estate acquisitions. I'm now the Director of Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions for Southcorp Group, based out of Columbus, Georgia. I actively invest in value-add commercial and multifamily properties across the southeast United States. I'm directly responsible for over $1 billion in commercial real estate transactions. I am certified in Real Estate Financial Modeling through the Corporate Finance Institute. I hold Associate and Bachelor’s Degrees in Business Finance, both Magna cum Laude. I have a Master’s Degree in Theological Studies, also Magna Cum Laude, and am pursuing a second master's degree enroute to a PhD. Before entering commercial real estate, I held my Series 65 Uniform Investment Advisor credential, working as an Investment Advisor to accredited investors. I dealt with family offices and institutional investors before becoming a commercial real estate investor, eventually getting my commercial real estate brokerage license in both Colorado and Florida. My wife of 20+ years, Tiffany Gunter, is a public speaking coach and active teacher at The Socratic Experience, and international private school based around The Socratic Method of teaching that we are passionate about. She is a gifted, award-winning speaker and has coached Ted X speakers, We have two teens and all four of us love reading a good book near the beautiful beaches in Florida.
