Currently working as a Firefighter/Paramedic. Experience: We own 1 SF rental in Fort Worth and I have completed 2 wholesale deals. Some experience in direct marketing and driving for dollars. Real Estate Goals: Looking to purchase 1-4 unit properties and performing notes to build up cash flow to supplement our future. Currently Seeking: I am currently looking for market knowledge from people on the ground in Indy and KCMO. I need referrals for investor-friendly agents, wholesalers, inspectors, lenders, property managers GC's and project managers with high morals and values.
