Joe Doman

I work full time as a financial analyst at a bank in Michigan. I am a relatively new real estate investor. My wife and I purchased a duplex in 2012, lived in one side for two years while fixing it up and renting out the other side. We had twin boys and quickly realized the space we were living in was getting tight so we purchased a single family house where we live today. We continue to rent out the duplex and are looking to build a portfolio of rental properties.
