Jean Cetoute

Native to the island of Haiti, at the age of 13 brought by my father to the Unites States. I am my father's 3rd child and second son in a long line of brothers and sisters, some of which I am yet to meet. I spent my teenage years in Boston MA, and Brooklyn NY. Soon after surviving high School in Brooklyn, I joined the Marine Corps. After entering the Marine Corps and finished basic training, I was trained to be an electrician. I spent 10 years working as an electrician. In 1997 I went to Okinawa Japan and was trained as a hazardous material manager and worked as such till 2000. For a short period of time I attended Security Forces Supervisor Course where I trained to serve on board NSA Bahrain as Security Guard Chief. After my time in Bahrain, I went back to Okinawa Japan where I attended more Environmental management schools and became the Environmental Coordinator for all Marine Corps bases on the Island. I have been to several locations within the Middle East to include Afghanistan and many more attractive locations such as Guam and Hawaii. In the past five years I have worked as a Utilities Operation Chief managing electrical power generating equipment with twenty to forty-five personnel under my supervision. In 2007 I received my general studies' degree from Central Texas College and in 2011 I graduated from the University of Maryland University College with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Being from a multi-culture environment, I speak Haitian Creole, English and some French. I have tried several investments vehicles in the past 20 years. I have traded on the stock market, bought and sold mutual funds, index funds and several other investment ventures. The fact is Real Estate is where is at and I am glad I discovered it in time to start making work for my family and me. We Cashed out of all these other investment vehicles and invested in Real Estate. Real Estate is a business that generates monthly income as long as you maintain the property and keep it occupied. After I retired from the Marine Corps, I knew I wanted to help families through one of the biggest investment and check that they will ever have to write. Once a Marine, Always a Marine and continue to serve other people while earning a living for my family is the best job one can ask for in this world and I look forward to serving you and your family.
