Hello! I'm a part-time RE investor with a more-than-full-time job. I am looking to expand my RE portfolio. Like most of us, I'd ultimately like to shift to a passive income model to achieve financial independence and freedom. My big WHY is to travel the far and wide with my family, raise my son as a citizen of the world, and start a non-profit organization.
