I'm a data analyst looking for cash flow through investment properties. Experience: I bought my first home when I was 20, sold it when I was 24 for a $10,000 profit after not being able to rent it out. Currently, I'm in my third home, looking for ways to minimize risk by purchasing a multiplex home to have more cash flow than my salary and get out of the rat race.
