Jeff Hamlin

I'm a lifelong Portland Metro Area resident, currently living in Happy Valley. I grew up in the Parkrose area and graduated from Oregon State in '96. My wife is a full-time licensed Real Estate Broker (Licensed in 2005). I help out when I can. My interest has shifted in the past year toward the acquisition of Multifamily investment property. We've owned a small number of rental properties for the past 10 years or so and are actively acquiring additional units in the greater Kansas City area.
