A Louisiana native that has lived in Los Angeles 13+ years now. Currently in the NELA area with my wife and three year old daughter. I work as a TV Editor. Just getting into the world of real estate and looking for a multi-family (up to a quadplex) for my family to live in and rent out the rest. Future goals: Atlanta & Pacific North West multi-families.
