Hi everyone! I'm a long-time BiggerPockets member since 2011, though I mostly lurk through the forums. I am a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer turned real estate investor from Los Angeles. I quit my W-2 job in February 2019. My journey started in 2014, getting my real estate agent and working nights and weekends learn about the real estate industry. In 2017, I took a deep dive and explored markets outside of California. There's a lot more details including a 40 unit complex in Omaha to being on the WhiteHaven team focusing entirely in Phoenix, but I won't bore you here.
