I have lived in St. Louis all my life and got my BS in Finance at Missouri State University. Looking for Single-family rehabs or small Multifamily to buy and hold. I am experimenting with short term rentals on my old primary residence and want to learn more. I am also interested in making connections with residential and commercial appraisers for a possible career change.
