Experience: I currently only have 9 rentals in CO and MO and recently completed a 1031 exchange on the Colorado Property. Now that I have completed that process I am ready to roll. I am trying to gather up as much info as I can on BRRRR & Turnkey operations both out of state and instate in order to find good deals. I’d like to learn more and get involved with social lending or hard money lending! Real Estate Goals: My goals are to have close to 20 rental properties in CO or out of state in the next few years so I can focus primarily on real estate. (2018) My goal is now to get to 20 properties in 2025. Currently Seeking: Information on how I can add more loans after I reach a max of 10? How different are commercial loans or are there better way to move forward? I am looking to work with someone on a BRRRR or with a Turnkey setup in either Colorado or out of state. I am networking with as many people as I can to gather as much experience and understanding as possible. I am very open to recommendations and references on who you have worked with and also who you would not recommend working with. At this point I am just trying to absorb as much information as possible through forums, podcasts, books ect. Im almost at the point where I spend more time on this site and others as I am doing anything else these days.
