Born and raised in San Francisco, 30 years in tech prior to becoming a full-time licensed realtor, investing in real estate since age 20, own multiple rental properties, rehabs, fix-n-flip, buy-sell, land, commercial, acreages, 1031-exchanges, accredited investor, crypto, SPACs. Love for architecture winning multiple AIA (American Institute of Architecture) in high school, as well in college for a design competition for Habitat for Humanity, co-founded a tech business at age 19, after 30 years of success tech and building a portfolio of rental properties and residual income, I've now teamed up with my wife, Eva Chen at Compass to help others approach home buying with an investment point of view.
