I am a Colorado native living in Fort Collins, CO. I am involved in multiple aspects of real estate investing from being a long time investor personally, working as the lead analyst for an investment company and covering Northern Colorado for Atlas Real Estate. Helping others live the life of their dreams through smart real estate investing is my mission. Markets that I currently operate in are Denver, Northern Colorado, Indianapolis, Memphis, Nashville, Phoenix, and Tucson. My primary goal is cash flow from long term holds but I do some fix-and-flips to build funds. I think the BRRRR strategy is one of the best things ever, whether using on a SFR or multifamily asset.
