Before real estate, I earned my engineering degree from the University of Virginia and my MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. I spent 25+ years in the technology sector, most recently as a Vice President and General Manager at HP Inc., where he led one of the company’s most profitable product lines. Since retiring from the tech world in 2018, My wife and I have completed over $15M in real estate transactions across single-family rentals, multifamily properties, flips, and deals using creative financing. I now focus full-time on growing our rental portfolio and helping others get started in real estate.
