Originally from the Boston area, I have called Tampa home for over a decade. I've been in residential mortgage lending since the early-mid 2000's. I specialize in construction/permanent financing, jumbo financing for high net worth clients, mortgage situations related to divorce and helping first time home buyers navigate the course of purchasing a home. I'm always interested in learning other aspects of real estate and happy to share what I can from my end. Recently, I've been extremely interested in taking the plunge to buy residential rental property that meets certain cash flow metrics. I am not opposed to buying out of my area. I have already spoken with a few people on this site and made some great connections! As a side interest, I'm interested in learning more about the market in Puerto Rico.
