I am an executive in the business world and have to travel regularly forcing me to be away from my wife and four kids. Because of this I wanted to find a way to take back control of my time. After research on different options I came to conclusion that real estate is the answer. Once I was convinced I jumped in and started investing in long distance buy and hold just this past spring (2019). I was going down the road of buying turnkey but I could NOT see how I was going to scale enough with Turnkey. I am so fortunate that when I was pondering my direction I found BP and heard Podcast #327 when David Greene was promoting his BRRRR book and describing his process. That Podcast changed my entire approach; I put the breaks on the path I was about to go down and am traveling a better way.
