I've lived and worked in Northern Michigan my whole life. After 25+ years owning insurance agencies, I sold out and slowly jumped into REI. I acquired several tracts of land and lots for developing residential building sites on which I have been building spec homes and selling them as I go. Planning to begin building small multifamily on a recently acquired 17 acres parcel in a great location. I'm now keeping my eyes open for the right B&H homes
