About myself
My son and I, together, have started flipping houses. We just started this year, 2015, and have done two houses by the end of July. We would like to get to the point of doing one house a month. Update: My son is and I are now full time investors. My son, Scot Howat just got his realtors license and I just renewed my Home Inspection license. Adding as many tools to our belt as possible.
