I am a 16 year industry veteran having been there and done that all which is real estate. I am still an active investor but more institutional transactions for cashflow in large syndicates or private equity deals. I tried delving out of the industry but I keep coming back so I figured why not stay in the field and help out others who are looking to get started or scale.
