Based in Austin, TX. Joined BP originally in 2018. Have since bought a tear down house then built 2 houses on the property in 2020 just south of downtown Austin. The back house (ADU) has been a short term rental generating $100K/yr in gross revenue. Also, started investing as a LP in multifamily syndications so 5 deals / 700 doors across Dallas and San Antonio. Then joined another mastermind where we are General Partners in 3,500 apartment units across Texas to Florida. Have now reached Financial Freedom!
