Believe it or not, I am a Charlotte native. I did attend college in Raleigh and lived in the Raleigh area until 2008. I am now back in Charlotte and love investing in real estate. SFR, small multi-family and storage have been the bulk of my recent activity. I am focusing more on expanding my network and building my inventory of rental properties. Future expansions will be funded through private money and fix/flip profits. I look forward to learning from you and working with you in the Charlotte area.
