I have a background in real estate and previously held a Florida real estate license. I’m now focused on building a small multifamily rental portfolio in the Marianna, Florida area. My plan is to start with a triplex or quad-plex, live in one unit, improve the property, and stabilize the rents. I’m mainly interested in under-performing small multifamily buildings and tired landlord situations where there’s room to add value through solid management and basic cosmetic updates. Long-term income is the goal.
