My focus is on: (1) Building a Vacation Rental portfolio over the next several years with a focus on passive income to give my wife and I the flexibility to retire early. We currently are focused on the family friendly resort area of Eastern Tennessee but keep our eyes and ears open to other areas of the country that might offer excellent investment potential and return. (2) Forming a team to partner with in Connecticut to focus on flipping, buy and hold, and/or larger apartment complexes. My wife and I live in Shelton, Connecticut which is a city of approximately 45,000 people that swells by upwards of 25,000 people who come to work here each day. It's located midway between Bridgeport and New Haven. We have 3 children and both of us work in the medical fields.
