I founded and own LEVERAGED ACQUISITIONS, LLC and Trifold Holdings, LLC, since 2007 I have been a real estate investor gaining a broad experience of the foreclosure process and negotiating with Realtors, contractors, investors and lenders. I have analyzed, purchased, resold and rented distressed properties from the court houses & banks in target areas for myself and other investors for a profit over the years.
