I am an investor who likes to find BRRRR strategy properties to hold and then exit after 3-5 years for an upgrade. I love Probate and as a Rich Dad teacher told me one time .... "When in doubt, wholesale it out". Wholesale for cash ... because CASH IS KING in our line of work and Buy and Hold for wealth and retirement. I would also love to enter the Commercial Multi-Family arena. I would love to connect with like-minded folks.
