Good day BP family, I was born in PA, lived in Central Florida and currently reside in the Big-D (Dallas, TX). My wife is from the Philippines and for the last 16 years we have helped international businesses and investors looking for Condotel Investments and Office Space. In 2008-09 we ventured into developing our own Condotel Beach Resort, but had to back out due to Titling issues (always do your Due Diligence and make sure you have Clean Title when dealing with International properties), not to mention the economy tanked, but we learned a lot of lessons. Since then we bought and sold SFRs here in the States and after some nice deals, we re-invested into a little Eco-Resort with some vacant land for future development. My goals are two fold. 1. Continue to expand our Resort Brand by finding and renovating ideal income producing properties. We have inspected several areas and own other beach front land on another island 2. Give back to the community by planting new Church Congregations and providing food, clothing, medicine to those areas. Currently, I'm looking for long-term Private Equity Investors who can help fund our Eco-Resort Expansion plans in the Philippines, which by the way just received Investor Grade Status and is a low-key emerging market right now. I have the land and architectural designs and the resort is currently profitable. Expansion includes, a larger Event Center, full scale restaurant, fitness center with juice/coffee bar and additional rooms. In the States, I am helping other investors as a Multi-Family or Retail Property Acquisition Specialist in the metro Dallas and beyond markets.
