I have a Bachelor of Engineering degree and majored in Mechanical Engineering. I graduated from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art in New York City. While working for a general contracting firm as a Project Manager, I managed the successful construction of over 1,000 residential units in the New York City Metro area on various projects with construction hard costs totaling over $400 million ranging from affordable rental buildings to ultra luxury condominiums. At the end of 2016, I moved to Miami to work for Greystone Development and helped them with the construction of a 14 story, 100 unit, high-end rental building located at 1501 SW 37th Avenue ("The Aura"), located at the border between the City of Miami and Coral Gables. Since 2018, I have been the Vice President of Galloway Contractors and Builders, Inc. We are a licensed and insured FL General Contractor (CGC-1509461) based out of Miami. Together we are looking to partner with developers, homeowners, and investors on new construction and renovation opportunities in the Miami-Dade County and south Broward County areas. We are actively looking for bidding opportunities on low to mid rise concrete superstructure projects. Personal Real Estate Investment Experience: Successfully and profitably acquired, fixed and flipped 2 single family homes in Northern New Jersey. Purchased and renovated my personal home in Miami, FL. Purchased a 1bed/1bath condo in Miami to rent out. Real Estate Goals: Build a portfolio of single family rental homes and apartment buildings with monthly net of $7,000 within 3 years. Currently Seeking: Looking to purchase 1-4 family homes to rent out in South Florida.
