I’m an Air Traffic Controller working at Seattle Airport. Although I love my job, my family, time and sanity come first. My goal is to retire early by gaining financial independence through buy and holds and flips. I own a 4-plex and SFR in the Seattle area. Moving forward, I’m looking to capitalize on the BRRRR method to make each dollar work harder for me then reinvest proceeds. I want to focus on both off-market and out-of-market deals. I’m interested in networking, deal finding, sharing ideas, forming partnerships, out-of-market recommendations, creative financing, and friendships!
