Born in Tx, Cali transplant. Working as an RN at the county hospital which I like and plan to continue for 8-10 more years. Trying to get my real estate portfolio built up before I retire. I have 1 new build in New Braunfels Tx closed in Feb 2021, and 1 little rental in Louisville KY I closed on 10/2022. When I am not working or learning about Real Estate I like spend time with my wife (trying to get her on board with investing) ride mountain bikes and dirt bikes.
