Podcast Guest Show #521 Author of the Book "No Bad Days - How to Make Everyday Great" which was endorsed by Brandon Turner Buy and Hold investor, 300+ units, investing for long term wealth and because its fun. Current focus value add multi-family. Started investing to buy back my time, now I do it because I need to fill up my time. I also host a couple of podcasts, Old Fashioned Real Estate Show and Last Life Ever where we interview people living extraordinary lives to inspire us and our audience to live the best possible version of our own lives.
