I currently own 1 rental. I’m in the process of earning a large down payment for my next project. My goal at minimum is 10 properties over the next 10 years and have the option to retire at 35. Very unlikely I will but I want the option to take a break. I love where Real Estate and the pursuit of success has taken me. I would’ve never thought I’d be where I am today 5 years ago.
