My wife and I live in the KC area and am looking to buy my first investment property here. Like everyone else, we're looking to get a deal that with some rehab will let us refinance our initial investment out, so we'rem interested in distressed properties or sellers. Right now we're looking for places in safe neighborhoods that can be bought and rehabbed for $80-90k cash.
