I've been in real estate investing since 1999, so just crossed my 20 year mark. I've done fix & flips, buy & holds, residential & commercial, syndications and private lending. I've been an attorney for 25 years working exclusively with real estate investors, as well as been a real estate agent & escrow officer. I've been apart of over 4000 real estate investment transactions and have been providing live and online REI education since 2010.
