I am a long-time mountain resident currently living in the San Bernardino Mountains in California. I've been interested in real estate for a long time and had a rental at one point that I sold to the renter - should have kept it! I have gotten back into real estate using BP as a major resource and now have a duplex and SFR. I am currently looking for a MFR. As a software developer I am also interested in real estate data, analytics, and automating models for property selection. I have a large set of rental and listing data collected since 11/2014 and am working on modeling via custom software or Tableau / ARCMap.
