I am host of the Sleaze-Free Real Estate Investing podcast, and founder of The Thoughtful Real Estate Entrepreneur. We are a tribe of people who believe in the anti- "we buy houses" approach to real estate investing. We believe the pillars of successful thoughtful real estate entrepreneurship are based on 1) Seller Relations skills, 2) Deal Architecture skills and 3) Opportunity Vision I am a full-time real estate entrepreneur. I am primarily a buy-and-hold investor with multi-family, single family and commercial properties. I do flips or assignments when the opportunity presents itself. I am a specialist in seller financing and off-market marketing.
