Jeffrey Sublinsky

I am a full-time real estate investor specializing in multi-unit rental property investments and syndications. Experience: I have experience completing capital raises and syndications via PPM for various residential fix and flip projects. I also own residential rental property. My goal is to build long-term wealth through a rental portfolio as an investor and syndicator. I also have a NJ real estate license and work the South Jersey Shore markets. I also have ownership in a development company, SORA Northeast Development, which is a multi-faceted real estate development firm headquartered in Southern New Jersey. We specialize in the following types of development and redevelopment: downtown mixed-use, college campuses, student housing, multi-family, hospitality, entertainment and sports complexes, and retail. We also execute on master redevelopments, public-private partnerships, developer for fee agreements, and joint ventures. We excel at creating development that is uniquely tailored to the goals and objectives of the local community and ensuring all constituents of our projects are in a win-win situation. My primary responsibilities include: acquisitions identification and due diligence, development analysis, underwriting and pro forma scenarios, deal structuring, business development, and project funding.
