After a failed flip that lead to short sale, I'm ready to learn to do it the right way. Teach me! Experience: Former condo owner, now presently just renting. Flopped on a flip in 2006 and ended up shorting it in 2010. Ready to start from scratch again! Real Estate Goals: Put all our eggs into buying a home in 2016. Want to now look at RE opportunities to invest in our future. Would be nice to retire from the 9-5 grind of office work. Currently Seeking: Partners, Investors, Lenders, Mentors, etc, to help reach my goal.
