My name is Jeff Wallace and I am currently residing in Charlestown, Mass with my significant other and am excited to meet like-minded people in the Real Estate field while actively looking for my first deal. Experience: I am currently a licensed and active Realtor in Massachusetts with Coldwell Banker in Charlestown. I know construction and small business very well being engrained in the commercial flooring business for 9 years. I ran my own successful custom guitar company for several years. I know how to work with my hands. I have read many books on investing in real estate, market cycles, financing, and general business books and hold a degree in Business Finance from GSU. Real Estate Goals: My goal of August, 2021 is to own at least one rental property (small multifamily, house hack) with at least $200 per month of cash flow or savings from rent/mortgage. My long term goal is to have 10 units owned, generating at least 10% ROI. All cash flow is then reinvested into more properties or used toward the cash flowing property, whichever is more advantageous at the time. My why is to be able to donate (currently to St. Jude, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, and Dove Inc Domestic Violence Escape) as well as reduce the financial stress of my future family. I also hope to show my future children the benefit of hard work.
