36. Looking to get back on the real estate horse. My first investment was profitable, but my mistake was trying to utilize people with the wrong experience to try and help them. They didn't have knowledge or experience in flipping, which is the reason I got discouraged 5 years ago and focused on my career instead of flipping. I still have the same full time job, and would like to work on getting passive income through real estate.
