I'm very passionate about investing in rental properties. My goal is to generate $5,000 in free and clear cash flow per month by January 2020 and $10,000 by January 2022. I'm being specific here because I'm making my goals known and plain :-) I currently own several condos in Florida. I've done 1 house flip which was a great success. I'm very interested in multi-family investments. I have cash to invest so please feel free to present me with deals! I'm open to looking outside of Florida.
