Jennifer Bayhi Gennaro

I'm Jen Bayhi Gennaro, a Baton Rouge native and current resident of Zachary. I'm a licensed real estate broker and multimillion dollar producer; but, more importantly, my husband and BP member Mike Gennaro have been investing in buy and hold rental properties for five years. We have a diverse portfolio, from trailers, to Section 8, to upscale SFR. As a Realtor, I specialize in helping fellow investors find their next rental, wholesale or fix and flip. I speak the language of cash flow and ROI and love nothing more than to help people make wise decisions that lead to long-term, sustainable income.
