I attended a Real Estate Investor workshop in Honolulu, Hawaii in 2014 and that was the jumpstart of my passion for real estate investing. My husband and I have learned so much from Bigger Pockets which has allowed us to be successful in all of our real estate investments. We got started "house hacking" to pay the mortgage of our first home ever (VA LOAN, $0 MONEY DOWN) renting out the bedrooms in our house to flight attendants (the perfect roommates, they're never home!). I am originally from Las Vegas but have lived in many places across the United States including Southern California, Hawaii, Alaska, Florida, New Orleans, and now DFW Texas. My husband and I successfully renovate homes as well as self manage/own a triplex. In our triplex we have long term tenants and have done medium and short term rentals. I have worked as the property manager for our Triplex since 2019. I love networking with other real estate professionals and I hope to work with you on your real estate needs.
