I love real estate - from the hunt to the vision to the creativity, to the challenges - I truly enjoy the whole process. I ran my own painting franchise to pay for college and this showed me how easy it was to improve a property. My first spec house was in 2003. From there I entitled property. Wholesaled, rehabbed and flipped other houses and built a small subdivision. I'm currently interested in flipping and eventually getting into apartments.
