Property People grew out of my love for real estate and the people behind it. My late mother is a big part of that story. She had an eye for real estate and a gift for connecting with people. She understood the numbers. She also understood the value of a relationship. I carry both lessons into my work. Before becoming a private lender I designed and developed homes across Chicago. My projects included new construction, small multi-units and full gut rehabs. I know what it feels like to have your money and your heart tied up in a property. That experience shapes how I lend. Through Property People I provide rehab loans for fix and flips. I also offer transactional funding and earnest money loans. I currently lend in Illinois, Texas, Tennessee, Missouri and Wisconsin., and will consider other investor-friendly states as well. BiggerPockets has been a meaningful resource in my own journey.
