I'm an active investor who wants to be much more passive as I'm running out of hours in the day! So I'm looking to meet deal sponsors and hear about their opportunities. I've dabbled in house hacking, single-family homes, vacation rentals, and real estate development on top of a full-time corporate gig. My ultimate objective is time freedom, so I've recently started investing as a limited partner, and have joined a couple deals so far... hopefully more to come!
