I am a licensed real estate agent in Colorado, and a CPA in Colorado and Virginia. I have been investing in buy and holds since 2016, and currently own rental properties in Colorado Springs. I have experience with working with creative financing (BRRRR and seller financing), deal-sourcing (wholesalers, off-market sourcing, and MLS), managing rehabs to create equity, and multiple types of financing (hard money, private lending, and conventional loans).
