As both a real estate broker and real estate investor, I am passionate about educating investors through my experience building recession-proof rental portfolios using investing strategies such as BRRR, value-add multifamily, build to rent, and investing out of state. I've been an investment-focused real estate broker since 2009, specializing in buy and hold investment properties and investing in rental properties for the past 13 years. I currently own a 260-unit rental portfolio made up of value-add multi-family properties in several states. When not traveling the world or working on my own project, you'll find me helping other investors build their rental portfolios through my mastermind group, Addictedtoroi.com. I am also the designated broker and owner at Agents Invest, a real estate investment focused brokerage based in Seattle, WA. We have partnered with multiple out of state investor agents to streamline the process of selecting markets, sourcing on and off-market deals, and connecting with a knowledgeable, experienced agent who knows how to find investment opportunities in their area.
