About myself
I'm a serial entrepreneur who started building a rental portfolio in August 2018. I stumbled into Section 8 properties when I bought a package of tenant occupied properties with Section 8 tenants in May 2019. Today, I own 31 rental properties in theSt. Louis, MO area. I've built a stable portfolio with great tenants, stability and cash flow and now I teach other people how to be successful with Section 8 properties as well.
